Roadifix is a US software company offering an all-in-one solution for repair companies to cut expenses, lower risk, and expand their business. It is more than a technology platform. It offers seamless processing, access to real-time data, digital invoice creation, and direct pay without delay.
The Challenges
Roadifix aimed at developing a comprehensive payment management system and a scalable CRM software to ease the everyday life of repair and service industry workers. The challenges faced in this industry are:
- high costs
- increased risk
- slow growth
To cover these challenges, Roadifix created a roadmap of developing a web platform, a mobile application, and a Telegram bot aimed to allow truck drivers to find the nearest repair services and send notifications.
The Solutions
Roadifix partnered with BitBreeze, a CRM software development company, to develop a payment management system and invoice management system for repair and service providers.
BitBreeze provided a team of software developers to build the web and mobile applications from scratch, including custom CRM development and core platform functionality.
We used Node.js and React.js for the web development part. To search for the nearest services, we used PostGIS, as well as integrated MapBox API to display the map.
For the mobile app development part, our technical team used Ionic/Capacitor to convert React.js web app into iOS and Android native applications.
Additionally, we created a Telegram bot for automated alerts, applying our Telegram bot development expertise to deliver a more interactive notification system for administrators.
Overall, the BitBreeze team provided Roadifix with custom software development services, including the development of a robust payment management system, CRM software, e-invoicing tools, and other essential platform features.
